Whether new to GLC or a longtime community member, come explore the work of GLC at a deeper level. You will learn, practice, and define for yourself what you feel it means to be a leader and create impact in the world around you. We focus on inclusive research-based content and methods and will explore the efficacy of leadership development practices, traits, and styles. We make learning FUN, dynamic, and experiential! We will explore developmental psychology and examine phenomena like group formation, risk/reward systems and their impact in all settings. You will gain both immediate and long term benefits from this connected, supportive, brave, and empowering community. Welcome to GLC, where your impact is limitless! Come hone your skills in effective communication, generate intentional, meaningful relationships, and practice living with authenticity as we spark joy for ourselves, and in one another.
Included in this program: Strengths-Finder Assessment & Individualized Coaching, T-Shirt, Tote, Certificate of Completion. This experience also will equip you to be a facilitator GLC’s summer camp program!
