Girls Leadership Collaborative is a leadership development program that empowers girls, trains educators, and supports parents as they guide their daughters through the pre-adolescent and adolescent journey.
Young leaders uncover and explore their passions, examine how and why they interact with others in various group settings, understand the phenomenon of social hierarchies, and examine the role of leadership in groups.
New Spring Program for 2016 and two new Summer Leadership Day Camps for 2016! Girls learn to identify their personal leadership styles and individual strengths. They learn to collaborate, translate their passions into service opportunities, and utilize skills to lead others in a variety of settings.

Girls Leadership Collaborative is a site-based leadership development program that empowers girls to design and implement service learning projects that positively impact their communities. The program examines the dynamics of group formation and social hierarchy in peer groups to maximize their collaborative potential, productivity and success in real-world settings.
A portion of the proceeds from our Girls in the Lead programs will go to our partner, the Rhode Island Food Bank, directly feeding those who need it most in our communities.
