This program is open to Cole Students only
Participants will identify personal leadership styles and individual strengths and emerge prepared to positively impact their communities. Through peer-led team building exercises, group challenges and games, girls will explore personal passions & find their voice.Girls are provided with a set of tools and communication skills to facilitate groups, take initiative, learn outcome oriented conflict resolution, and collaborate with others.
