    Program Offerings

    Summer Leadership Day Camps help girls learn to identify their personal leadership styles and individual strengths. They learn to collaborate, translate their passions into service opportunities, and utilize skills to lead others in a variety of settings.

     
 

Empowering leaders through confidence, competence, and community.

Girls Leadership Collaborative is a site-based leadership development program that empowers girls to design and implement service learning projects that positively impact their communities. The program examines the dynamics of group formation and social hierarchy in peer groups to maximize their collaborative potential, productivity and success in real-world settings.

A portion of the proceeds from our Girls in the Lead programs will go to our partner, the Rhode Island Food Bank, directly feeding those who need it most in our communities.
